Australian Critical Minerals Limited is an Australia-based exploration company. The Company is focused on advancing a portfolio of critical minerals projects. It holds interests in six projects, the Cooletha, Shaw, Rankin Dome, Beverley, Kondinin and Kojonup Projects (together, the Projects) located in the Pilbara and Southwest Goldfields Regions of Western Australia. The Projects are prospective for lithium, tantalum, gold, iron ore, rare earth oxides and kaolin. The Cooletha Project is located 150 kilometers (km) north of Newman and 200 km south of Port Hedland within the East Pilbara Shire. The Shaw Project consists of one granted tenement (E 45/5006) with an area of 90 km2 located west of the Shaw River and 68 km west of Marble Bar in the East Pilbara of Western Australia. The Rankin Dome project is situated approximately 320km east northeast of Perth and 230 km west southwest of Kalgoorlie. The Beverley project consists of two non-contiguous tenements E 70/5574 and E 70/6148.
