AutoZone reports second-quarter 2023-24 EPS up 17.2% to $28.89, operating profit up 10.9% to $743.2 million, and gross margin up 1.6 points to 53.9%.
At $3.9 billion, sales of the automotive parts and accessories distributor were up 4.6%, including 1.5% growth on a comparable basis and excluding currency effects, driven mainly by international sales (+10.6%).
