John Pulos acquired 78.9% stake in Avalanche International, Corp. from Yulia Goldfinger, President of Avalanche International, Corp. for $2,000 in cash on February 4, 2013. Yulia Goldfinger sold 2 million shares of restricted common stock to John Pulos. John Pulos paid $2,000 to Goldfinger in connection with the share purchase from personal funds. John Pulos was appointed as President, Chief Executive Officer, Secretary, Treasurer as well as a Director in place of Yulia Goldfinger, who resigned from these positions.
