Dufry AG Announces Andrés Holzer Neumann to Not Stand for Re-Election

ccccDufry AG announced that Mr. Andrés Holzer Neumann has decided not to stand for re-election at the Ordinary General Meeting on May 18, 2020, due to unforeseen time constraints from other commitments. Mr. Holzer will however remain a member of the Board of Directors of company's NYSE-listed subsidiary, Hudson Ltd.
