ADDENDUM - Notice for 2024 General Meeting
A mistake has been noted in item 13 on the agenda for the Combined General Meeting of May 16, 2024, and in the draft thirteenth resolution of the aforementioned meeting which appears in the convening notice on pages 6 and 49.
"NEXIA SA" should be replaced by "ACA NEXIA" in item 13. and in the draft thirteenth resolution referred to above, the rest remains unchanged.
