B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited (the "Company") would like to inform that on 8 July 2022, the Company has invested in Sekong Investment Advisory Company Limited ("SIA"), a company incorporated under law of Lao People's Democratic Republic, in the proportion of 20 percent of registered capital, details are as follows;

Registered capital	Lao Kip 1,000,000,000, divided into 100,000 ordinary shares
	(Lao Kip 10,000 per share)
Purpose	To support the investment of the Xekong 4A and 4B Hydroelectric Power
	Project with installed capacity of 355 megawatts, located in Xekong
	Province, Lao PDR, and the head office is located in House No.187, Unit
	12, Kaisonphomvihan Road, Phonsaart Village, Saysettha District,
	Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR
Shareholders/	20% held by B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited
Holding proportion	60% held by RATCH Group Public Company Limited
	20% held by Business Partners (who is not connected person)
Source of Funding	Working Capital of B.Grimm Power

This transaction is not classified as connected transactions and the transaction size is not required to be disclosed under the rules, procedures and disclosure of information concerning the acquisition or disposition of assets of the listed company pursuant to the Notification of the Capital Market Supervisory Board and the Board of Governors of the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
