On January 16, 2017 B-SOFT Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:300451) closed the transaction. The company received gross proceeds of CNY 81,900,000. The transaction included participation from Hangzhou Xinsu Investment Management Co., Ltd. for 27,710,194 shares and Hangzhou Tongsu Investment Management Co., Ltd. Hangzhou Tongsu Investment Management Co., Ltd. for 2,162,805 shares. The company paid issuance fees of CNY 13,700,000 and has raised net proceeds of CNY 68,200,000. The shares issued are subject to lock in period of 36 months from the listing date.
