(b) On April 12, 2023, Dr. Darshak Sanghavi resigned from his position as Chief Medical Officer of Babylon Holdings Limited, effective April 21, 2023. Dr. Sanghavi plans to join the Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H), serving in President Biden's administration.
