BAIOO Family Interactive Limited announced that based on the preliminary assessment of the unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group for the year ended 31 December 2019 and information currently available, the board of directors of the company announced to the shareholders of the Company and potential investors that the Group expects to record a revenue in the range of RMB 660.0 million to RMB 750.0 million for the year ended 31 December 2019, which represented an increase of approximately 132.0% to 163.6% as compared to approximately RMB 284.5 million for the year ended 31 December 2018; and the Group expects to record a profit after tax in the range of RMB 135.0 million to RMB 160.0 million for the year ended 31 December 2019, which represented an increase of approximately 1,914.9% to 2,288.1% as compared to approximately RMB 6.7 million for the year ended 31 December 2018 (excluding the one-off gain related to the disposal of a 7% equity interest in Guangzhou Baiman Culture Communications Company Limited (the Disposal)), and which also represented an increase of approximately 25.5% to 48.7% as compared to approximately RMB 107.6 million for the year ended 31 December 2018 (including the one-off gain from the Disposal).
