NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF CANDIDATURES

FOR THE FILLING OF VACANCIES AND THE APPOINTMENT OF THE CHAIR AND DEPUTY CHAIR OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Genoa, 3 February 2021 - Banca CARIGE S.p.A. informs that it has today published, pursuant to regulations in force, the candidatures for the filling of vacancies and the appointment of the Chair and Deputy Chair of the Board of Directors, tabled on the agenda of the Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting of 22 February 2021, inclusive of all documentation required. The candidatures were submitted by the shareholder Fondo Interbancario di Tutela dei Depositi (Italian Interbank Deposit Protection Fund).

The documentation is made available at the Bank's registered office, on the Bank's corporate website www.gruppocarige.it(under Governance/Shareholders' Meetings), on the authorised storage portal eMarket Storage (www.emarketstorage.com) and through all other means allowed by applicable regulations in force.
