The Bank intends to avail itself of the exemption from preparing the 4th interim management report, publishing the draft financial statements, complete with the certification report and Auditors' report, within 90 days from the end of the financial year.

In order to guarantee continuity with the previous quarterly periodic information, the Bank will publish, on a voluntary basis, the additional periodic financial information referring to the first and third quarters of each year.
