BANCA PROFILO S.P.A. The Board of Directors approved the 2024-2026 Industrial Plan after examining the new market context, the achieved results, and the main activities undertaken in the previous Plan.
The new Plan aims to further develop the Bank's service model, becoming increasingly digital, efficient, and sustainable while maintaining its foundational elements: capital solidity, business diversification, innovation capacity, and high shareholder remuneration.
Four pillars have been identified around which to build strategic, organizational, managerial, and commercial actions in coherence with the Group's new market needs and strategic development.
