Baoding Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002552) entered into an agreement to acquire Zhaoyuan Hexi Gold Mine Co., Ltd. from Shandong Jindu Mining Co., Ltd. for approximately CNY 580 million on September 6, 2023. Zhaoyuan Hexi Gold Mine Co., Ltd. reported total assets of CNY 599.07 million and net assets of 224.5 million on March 31, 2023. The transaction is approved by board of directors of Baoding Technology Co., Ltd.
