Baoji Titanium Industry Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600456) announced a private placement of 86,053,140 class A common shares for gross proceeds of CNY 2,100,000,000 on October 16, 2019. The transaction will include participation from not more than 10 investors. The transaction has been approved in the 7th session of the 7th supervisory board. The transaction needs approval from company's shareholders meeting and China Securities Regulatory Commission. The shares issued in the transaction have a lock period of 12 months.

The Company's main products are various specifications of titanium and titanium alloy plates, strips, foils, tubes, bars, wires, forgings, castings and other processed materials and various metal composite products. The titanium materials in its products are mainly used in aviation, aerospace, shipbuilding, petroleum, chemical metallurgy industry and other fields. The Company distributes its products in the domestic market and overseas markets.
