/KASE, June 12, 2023/ - BAST JSC (Abai region), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that the annual general meeting of its shareholders by absentee voting will be held on July 12, 2023, with the following agenda: - approval of the company's annual financial statements for 2022; - making a decision on payment of dividends; - discontinuation of a member of the Board of Directors D.
