Composition of Board of Directors of BAST changed

/KASE, July 18, 2023/ - BAST JSC (Qasqabulaq v.), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated July 12, 2023, D. Omurzakov was excluded from the Board of Directors. Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of BAST JSC consists of three persons: A. Li, R. Temirgaliev, A. Sirazitdinov.
