BayCurrent Consulting, Inc. (TSE:6532) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 600,000 shares, representing 0.39% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury stock), for a total purchase price of ¥3,000 million. The purpose of the program is to improve capital efficiency, increase shareholder value per share, and enhance the return of profits to shareholders.
The program will continue through May 24, 2023. As of March 31, 2023, the company had 153,239,730 issued shares (excluding treasury stock) and 2,171,680 treasury shares.
