BCL Industries Limited at the Board of Directors meeting held on 29 May, 2023, recommended an equity dividend of INR 5 per share of face value of INR 10 each i.e. @ 50% for the financial year ended March 31, 2023, on Equity
Shares belonging to Public Category as the Promoters & Promoters Group have waived/forgone his/their right to receive the dividend by him/them for financial year 2022-23, which shall be subject to declaration by the Members at the 47th AGM of the Company. The Dividend, if declared at the AGM, shall be paid to the shareholders within 30 days of declaration of the same.
BCL Industries Limited is an India-based company, which is engaged in the manufacturing of Edible Oils, Distillery and Real Estate. Its segments include Oil & Vanaspati, Distillery and Real Estate. The Oil & Vanaspati segment is engaged in manufacturing of vanaspati, refined oil, and extraction of oil & solvents from seeds. The Distillery segment includes production and marketing operations of the liquor for human consumption. The Real Estate segment includes the construction of a residential house. The Companyâs product basket includes Vanaspati Ghee, Refined Oil, Expelling Oil from seeds, Solvent Extraction of Oils from seeds, De-oiled cakes, Basmati, and Para-boiled rice. The Company offers its products under the brand Home Cook, Murli, White Gold, Royal Patiala Whisky, Old Professor Whisky, Ceros Rum, Rangers Barrel, Bang Bang and On The Rocks. Its Real Estate project includes Ganpati Enclave and DD Mittal Towers. The Companyâs subsidiary includes Svaksha Distillery Limited.
