BDO Unibank, Inc. reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported net interest income was PHP 47,937 million compared to PHP 38,641 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 18,704 million compared to PHP 16,055 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 3.55 compared to PHP 3.05 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 3.52 compared to PHP 3.02 a year ago.
For the nine months, net interest income was PHP 137,431 million compared to PHP 108,090 million a year ago. Net income was PHP 53,899 million compared to PHP 39,998 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 10.16 compared to PHP 7.54 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was PHP 10.15 compared to PHP 7.52 a year ago.

The commercial banking segment includes lending (corporate and consumer), trade financing and cash management services for corporate and retail customers.
