Item 1.01 Entry into Material Definitive Agreement

On September 24, 2021, Beazer Homes USA, Inc. (the "Company") executed a Tenth Amendment (the "Amendment") to the Second Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, dated as of September 24, 2012, between the Company, as borrower, the lenders party thereto, the issuers party thereto, and Credit Suisse AG, Cayman Islands Branch, as agent, as amended on November 10, 2014, November 6, 2015, October 13, 2016, October 24, 2017, October 1, 2018, February 20, 2019, September 9, 2019, April 27, 2020 and October 8, 2020 (as amended, the "Credit Agreement"). The Amendment, among other things, extends the termination date to February 15, 2024.

The foregoing description of the Amendment is qualified in its entirety to the full text of the Amendment filed herewith as Exhibit 10.1 and incorporated in this Item 1.01 by reference.
