Beijing Lier High-temperature Materials Co.,Ltd. announced that it has entered into a share subscription agreement with Zhao Jizeng for private placement of no more than 88,290,000 A shares at a price of CNY 3.52 per share for gross proceeds of not more than CNY 310,780,800 on March 4, 2021. The shares cannot be transferred within18 months from the issuance closing date. The transaction has been approved in the 23rd meeting of the company's 4th directorate and is subject to the approvals of the Company’s shareholders and the China Securities Regulatory Commission.
Beijing Lirr High-temperature Materials Co Ltd is a China-based company, principally engaged in the manufacture and distribution of fireproof materials. The Company primarily provides unsetting fireproof materials, machine press setting fireproof products, fireproof preformed units, functional fireproof materials, ceramic fiber products, burning high purity oxide products and others.
