NV Bekaert SA announced the changes in the Board of Directors. So after 5 years at the helm of the Bekaert and Bekaert Board, previously also as, 10 years in total as CEO and CFO of the business, Bert De Graeve, who's decided not to stand for reelection for new term of 4 years at the AGM in May of this year. However, Max Jadot and Leon Bekaert, both of whom have been on the Board for 25 years and Leon before that as a manager within the business have decided not to seek reelection within the business. Also in May, Martina Merz, who's one of independent directors on the Board will be resigning from the Board at the AGM and that's following the appointment that was announced a couple of weeks ago of her position as chair of Thyssenkrupp Group and the other mandates that she has, just being basically too broad a portfolio for her to able to continue in all the roles. In terms of the Chairman, the company will be nominating Jürgen Tinggren as the next Chairman of the business. He has actually a fairly significant customer of Bekaert's in his past life. He used to be the CEO of Schindler, and was one of the drivers of taking advanced cords product into the elevator industry. The other appointment that is being recommended to the AGM is Caroline Storme, to join the Board of Directors. And her nomination too, will be subject to the approval of the AGM in May.
