Change in Board of Directors

We are pleased to announce that, as of 27 October 2022, Ms Flora Siegert will join the Board of Directors of Belysse Group NV as a non-executive director by way of co-optation and for the remainder of the mandate of Mr Jeremy Fryzuk, who stepped down from his position as member of the Board of Directors and member of the Audit Committee on 26 October 2022. Ms Siegert's mandate, until and including the general shareholders' meeting to be held in 2025, will be submitted for confirmation to the next general shareholders' meeting.

Ms Flora Siegert is a legal counsel at Lone Star Capital Investments S.à r.l., an investor in the Company. She currently also serves as a board member in several multinational corporations. Ms Siegert holds Master's degrees in Global Business Law and Governance (Columbia Law School New York, US), Business Law (Sorbonne University Paris, France) and in Law and Economics (Paris Institute of Political Studies, France).

The Board of Directors thanks Jeremy for his contribution over many years and welcomes Flora, appreciating her relevant background in corporate finance and law.
