BeNext-Yumeshin Group Co. (TSE:2154) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase 4,000,000 shares, representing 4.4% of the outstanding shares for ¥4,000 million. The purpose of the program is to strengthen shareholder returns and improve capital efficiency as part of the capital policy in the medium-term management plan. The program is valid till June 30, 2022. As of June 30, 2021, the company had 90,981,971 shares outstanding (excluding treasury stock) and 18,563 shares in treasury.
