Dear Madam/Sir,

Immediate Report- Notice of Declaration of a Labor Dispute/Strike or Shutdown in the Subsidiaries Pelephone and Bezeq International

Further to sections 1.1.5, 3.9.4, 3.9.5, and 4.8 of the chapter Description of Company Operations in the Company's Periodic Report for 2021, and for updates to these sections in the Company's quarterly report for the period ended June 30, 2022, the Company hereby reports that today its subsidiaries Pelephone Communications Ltd. ("Pelephone") and Bezeq International Ltd. ("Bezeq international") (the "Subsidiaries") received notice from the Histadrut New Federation of Labor - Cellular, Internet, and High Tech Workers Union on a labor dispute at Pelephone and Bezeq International in accordance with the Labor Dispute Settlement Law, 5777 and a strike beginning on August 25, 2022 (the "Notice").

According to the Notice, the matters in dispute are a demand to hold negotiations and sign collective agreements to improve wages and employment terms, and a dead end in the negotiations for a collective agreement.

At this stage, the Company and/or the Subsidiaries are unable to estimate the implications of the Notice.
