Further to the Company's immediate report of June 21 2021 regarding the Minister of Communication's ruling in the hearing concerning the separation of the broadband infrastructure service and the Internet access service (ISP), and the Company's immediate report of September 19 2021 regarding the notice of shelf agreement and commencement of the adjustment period in the Company, and further to the description of the matter in Section 1.7.2.2 to the Description of the Corporation's Business Chapter in the Company's quarterly report for the period ended September 30 2021, a supplementary immediate report is hereby issued.

On January 3 2022, the Company received notice from the Director General of the Ministry of Communications regarding the cancellation of the separation between the broadband infrastructure service and the internet access service (ISP) (hereinafter: the "Notice").

According to the Notice, the Company's adjustment period ended and the preparation period has started, and April 3, 2022 shall be the determining date for the Company, such that as from that date the Company may offer an end-to-end unified internet service comprising internet infrastructure and ISP (the prohibition on selling infrastructure and ISP services separately to new private customers using the Company's broadband infrastructure will come into force on that date).

A draft revised license in Hebrew of the Company implementing the ruling, due to come into force on the determining date (April 3, 2022) is attached to the Notice; a note was added to the effect that comments as to the draft revised license may be delivered by January 24, 2022.

The Company continues its preparations for supplying a unified internet service comprising internet infrastructure and ISP as from the determining date.
