Dayli BlockChain Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A139050) agreed to acquire an additional 3.23% stake in Carelabs Co., Ltd. from DAYLI Financial Group Inc. for KRW 3.5 billion on April 19, 2019. Under the terms of transaction, Dayli BlockChain Co.,Ltd. will acquire 0.2 million shares for KRW 3.5 billion. The transaction will be funded by previously issued convertible bonds of Dayli BlockChain Co.,Ltd. The transaction has been resolved by the Board.
The transaction is expected to be completed by April 19, 2019.
