BGFecomaterials CO., LTD. agreed to acquire 42.76% stake in KNW Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A105330) from Oh, Won Seok, Oh, Beom Seok, Cho, Choon Ji, Cho, Sung Il and Hong, Kwon Ki for KRW 63.5 billion on May 25, 2023. As part of transaction, BGFecomaterials will acquire 5,189,245 shares. The transaction is expected to close on August 25, 2023.

BGFEcomaterials Co Ltd, formerly Kopla Co Ltd, is a Korea-based company engaged in the manufacture and sale of high functional polymer materials.
