BGRIMM Technology Co., Ltd. announced that the Company implements the scheme of rights and interests distribution for 2019 as follows: a cash dividend of RMB 0.03 (taxes included) per A share. Record date is on June 12, 2020, Ex-dividend date on June 15, 2020 and Cash dividend payable date on June 15, 2020.
