The allotment and issuance of 40,964/- shares by the Bhanero Textile Mills Limited ("Company") to the shareholders of Bhanero Energy Limited ("BEL") as described in the approved Scheme of Arrangement, effective 31st May, 2023 by the Sindh High Court vide JCM 10 of 2022 in proportion to their respective shareholding in BEL has been successfully completed on 20th July, 2023.
