Pesaro, 30 July 2021 - We inform that today 30 July 2021 we deposited in the Biesse H.O. the merger projects, mergers by incorporation, between Biesse S.p.A. and the company Uniteam s.p.a. and the company Bre.Ma Brenna Macchine s.r.l. -already part of the Biesse Group-.
