Bimetal Bearings Limited is an India-based company, which is engaged in the manufacturing of engine bearings, bushings, thrust washers, alloy powder and bimetallic strips. The Company has fully integrated manufacturing facilities right from raw materials to fully value-added finished products. It has an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) base covering all segments of the automotive spectrum, covering passenger cars, multi-utility vehicles (MUVs), light commercial vehicles (LCVs), medium and heavy commercial vehicles (M&HCVs), tractors, industrial engines and two-wheelers apart from catering to the requirements of defense and railway establishments. It has manufacturing plants in Coimbatore, Hosur and Chennai. The Company’s products include engine bearings, which include plated and non-plated bearings, connecting rod bearings, main bearings and roll-formed flange bearings; bushings; thrust washers; copper alloy powders; sintered copper alloy strips; and aluminum alloy strips.
