BioNeutra International Ltd. ( the "Company" BIMO) is pleased to announce that it has filed its 3rd Quarter Financial and Disclosure Documents as of the above date.

For the last number of years the company has been inactive but is intent on making it a viable company with some significant revenues.

The Company is dealing with one remaining issue to resolve in order to become fully compliant with the new 15c-211 filing requirements of the SEC that were implemented last year.

Subject to this remaining issue being satisfactorily resolved, the Company should become 'Pink Current" and rapidly move to implementing very positive developments for the Company in its plans to become a conglomerate by serving as an umbrella company with very interesting targets as potential wholly or partially owned acquisitions.

These potential acquisitions which include a global televisio network, "healthy" retail food projects, pharmaceutical companies and e-commerce companies have very exciting IP and in some cases are generating significant revenues. If executed, we believe that the path forward that we have planned will bring some significant share appreciation to the shareholders of BioNeutra International.

The Company does wish to state that these potential acquisitions including in-house developments relating to the development of proprietary algorithms for the television and broadcast business are on hold until the Company does reach the "Pink Current" status, which we hope will not be too much longer.

While frustratingly slow, the Company does wish to thank the OTC Markets Group for their assistance in moving the Company closer to the "PINK CURRENT" status.

The Company will advise all shareholders when this status is reached.
