Agencja Rozwoju Pomorza S.A. signed a share purchase agreement to acquire the remaining 76.91% stake in Transmedium Tadeusz Macha from BLIRT S.A. for approximately PLN 160 million.

Agencja Rozwoju Pomorza S.A. signed a share purchase agreement to acquire the remaining 76.91% stake in Transmedium Tadeusz Macha from BLIRT S.A. (WSE:BLR) for approximately PLN 160 million on July 3, 2018. Under the terms of the transaction, BLIRT sold 966 shares in Transmedium Tadeusz Macha. The transaction was approved by the Board of Directors of BLIRT.
