Bluestem Appoints Peter Michielutti as New Chief Financial Officer, Effective July 24, 2017

Bluestem Group Inc. announced that it has appointed Peter Michielutti, a seasoned retail and financial services executive, as its new Chief Financial Officer, effective July 24, 2017. Mr. Michielutti joins Bluestem from Christopher & Banks where he served as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Michielutti brings an extensive background in retail and financial services with a deep appreciation for the Company, having served as Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer of Fingerhut from 1995-1998. Mr. Michielutti succeeds Mark Wagener, who announced his retirement earlier this year and served as Bluestem’s CFO for over 10 years.
