Shandong Port Shipping Group Co., Ltd agreed to acquire 30% stake in Yantai Bohai International Ferry Co., Ltd., 30% stake in Yantai Ferry Co., Ltd. and 51% stake in Bohai International Ferry (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. from Bohai Ferry Group Co., Ltd. for approximately CNY 175 million on February 15, 2023. on February 28, 2023, the seller received 80% of the price of this equity transfer transaction, which is CNY 139.92 million, and the remaining 20% of the transfer transaction will be paid after the registration change is completed.
