Borneo Oil Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company. The Company is engaged in the provision of corporate and management services. The Company operates through four segments: Head office and others, Food and franchise operations, Property investment and management, and Resources and sustainable energy. The Food and franchise operations segment operates as an integrated food processor/distributor and a franchisor and owner/licensee of various trademarks and brands. Its brands include SugarBun, Borneo Asian Food by SugarBun, Pezzo and various others. The Property investment and management segment is focused on investing and owning various land properties, such as agricultural (food production), natural resources and tourism hospitality and/or property products. The Resources and sustainable energy segment is focused on capitalizing and utilizing resources that the Company owns through its land holdings or having access to vide commercial arrangements.
