Portzamparc, a subsidiary of BNP Paribas, has informed the AMF that Bouygues acquired 595,828 shares at a unit price of 175 euros during the public buyout offer for Colas shares, which ran from November 22 to December 5 inclusive.

At the close of the offer, the conglomerate held 98.67% of the capital and at least 99.03% of the voting rights in its road construction subsidiary. Colas shares will remain suspended from trading until the squeeze-out is implemented.
