Item 8.01 OTHER EVENTS

Brady Corporation (the "Company") has announced it will modify its business structure under new operating segments effective February 1, 2023 to reflect a regional operating structure. Beginning in the third quarter of fiscal 2023, the Company will report sales and segment profit based on new operating segments: Americas & Asia and Europe & Australia. More information about the upcoming segment change and related business modification can be found in the press release the Company issued today, which is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
