Brambles announces completion of the sale of CHEP Aerospace

Brambles refers to its announcement on 2 November 2016 that it had entered into an agreement to sell its CHEP Aerospace business to EQT Infrastructure II, a leading infrastructure fund, for an enterprise value of US$130 million.

Brambles is pleased to report that completion of that sale took place on 30 November 2016 in London.
