DIC Asset AG has restructured its management board, reducing the number of board members from four to three. Rainer Pillmayer, the COO of DIC Asset AG, will leave the company by mutual consent at the end of his contractual term on 31 May 2016. In the future, Aydin Karaduman, the CEO of DIC Asset AG, will take on the role of COO in addition to his responsibility for the corporate strategy, and thus be in charge of fund, asset and property management. Sonja Wärntges (CFO) will remain in charge of Finance & Controlling while Johannes von Mutius, so far responsible for the Sales division, will also pool and manage the buying and selling activities in the Investment division in the role of CIO. The move is intended to align the management board with the new growth strategy of DIC Asset AG.
