Publication of the Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year

Annual briefing to analysts, investors and public on the

financial data for the year 2023 (Conference Call).

Wednesday 24.04.2024:

Annual Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting

Wednesday 08.05.2024:

Cut-off date for the payment of the dividend for the fiscal year

2023*

Thursday 09.05.2024:

Determination of dividend beneficiaries (Record Date)*

Tuesday 14.05.2024:

Dividend payment*

Wednesday 25.09.2024:

Publication of the Interim Financial Report of the period from

January 1st to June 30th, 2024

*The above-mentioned dates for the dividend distribution, are subject to the approval of the Ordinary General Shareholders Meeting.

The Company clarifies that the Financial Results will be announced on the Company's website(www.briqproperties.gr)and on the Athens Exchange Group website(www.helex.gr).

The Company has the right to amend the above-mentioned dates, provided that the investors will be informed on time with a new announcement.
