Broadleaf Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Broadleaf") and Toyota Mobility Parts Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "Toyota Mobility Parts") have agreed to start a collaboration with the aim of realizing an optimized service for streamlined ordering processes of auto repair parts in the auto aftermarket such as auto maintenance shops. Currently, preparations are underway to start providing the service.

Leveraging its advanced IT technology and extensive client network of clients in the auto aftermarket, Broadleaf is providing an "Ordering Platform", a service designed to facilitate electronic ordering, on our digital business platform, the "Broadleaf Cloud Platform". Through this service, we are digitizing the currently mainstream analog ordering processes centered on paper, telephone, and FAX methods, thereby optimizing its efficiency.

Connecting the "Ordering Platform" and "UOE System (User Order Entry System, which enables checking of the stock of parts and placement of orders)" provided by Toyota Mobility Parts will lead to a significant increase in the auto repair parts that can be ordered on the "Ordering Platform", which is expected to accelerate the spread of the "Ordering Platform" in the auto aftermarket.
