TO-WIN Global Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A066410) agreed to acquire 15% stake in Artist Company Co., Ltd. from Jaewook Kim for KRW 7.6 billion on July 27, 2018. The consideration will be paid in cash. TO-WIN Global will acquire 0.11 million shares of Artist Company and will hold 15% stake in Artist Company post completion. Artist Company Co., Ltd. reported total assets of KRW 10 billion, net assets of KRW 5.9 billion as of December 31, 2017 and revenues of KRW 24.5 billion and net profit of KRW 1.4 billion for the year ended December 31, 2017. The transaction is resolved by the Board of TO-WIN Global Co., Ltd on July 27, 2018. The transaction is expected to complete on July 27, 2018. Sang Rok Accounting Firm acted as external rating institution in the transaction.
