(TSXV:BILD) from Mohr, Davidow Ventures IX, L.P. and MDV ENF IX, L.P., managed by Mohr Davidow Ventures for CAD 1.943 million on January 18, 2024. Kinderhook 2 acquired 4.859 million shares for CAD 0.40 per share. Prior to the transaction, the sellers will no longer hold any Common Shares of BuildDirect.com. This acquisition increases Kinderhook?s position in the Common Shares to 6,906,796 Common Shares, or approximately 16.47% of the presently issued and outstanding Common Shares.
