BULGARIAN REAL ESTATE FUND REIT "BULGARIAN REAL ESTATE FUND" REIT has signed a lease agreement for office space with "Bianor Holding" AD in the new building "Synergy Tower" in Sofia Tech Park. The lease term, according to the agreement, is 5 years and the leased area is 660.93 sq.m. The company also has signed an additional agreement with the Institute of Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence and Technology at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" for additional office space in the same building in the amount of 660.08 sq.m.
With the newly leased areas, the occupancy rate of Synergy Tower stands at 51.63%, of which the occupied office space is 50.22%.
