Domestic institutional investors acquired 8.1% in Bumyang Construction Co.,Ltd. (KOSE:A002410) from Plasco Development Co. Ltd. and Plasco S Co., Ltd. for KRW 4.7 billion on June 5, 2018. As per terms, 2 million shares are acquired at KRW 2371 per share. The sellers sold respectively 1.1 million and 0.88 million. Post completion, Plasco Development Co. Ltd. holds 5.2 million and Plasco S Co., Ltd. holds 3.9 million shares.

The Company operates its business through architecture division, civil engineering work division. Its architecture division engages in the construction of public facilities, education facilities, residential complexes, hotels, business centers and others. Its civil engineering work division engages in the construction of roads, express ways, bridges, subways, railways, as well as water and sewage treatment works and landscaping works. It was also involved in the international public building, project management and construction businesses.
