Bystronic AG at its annual general meeting held on April 26, 2022 approved proposed appropriation of available earnings and the payout of a dividend of CHF 60 per class A registered share and CHF 12 per class B registered share. With a total of CHF 124 million, Bystronic is thus paying out a part of its existing excess liquidity.
