Continuation of the suspension of trading of the titles of C.O. Cyprus
Opportunity Energy Public Company Ltd (Emerging Companies Market)
The Cyprus Stock Exchange announces the continuation of the suspension of trading of the titles of C.O. Cyprus Opportunity Energy Public Company Ltd (Emerging Companies Market). This decision was reached pursuant to Article 183 of the Securities and Cyprus Stock Exchange Law since the reasons imposing the continuation of the suspension of trading of the titles of the said company continue to exist due to:
- the non-observance of the obligation for Nominated Advisor services;
- the non-submission and non-publication of its Half-Yearly Financial Report for the period ended 30/06/2022.
The continuation of the suspension of trading will come to effect as from 10 January 2023. It is noted that the suspension of trading will have a maximum duration of 2 months (i.e. until 10 March 2023) or earlier if the company complies with its pending ongoing obligations.
