Calendar of meetings of the Board of Directors and the Shareholders' Meeting for year 2024

Milan, March 13, 2024 - As partial change to the already published 2024 financial calendar, Cairo Communication S.p.A. informs that on March 19, 2024 the Board of Directors will examine the preliminary results as of 31 December 2023.

Here below is the 2024 Financial Calendar, revised to include the change indicated above.

March 28, 2024	Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the draft Annual
	Financial Statements and the Management Report, as at 31
	December 2023
May 8, 2024	Shareholders' Meeting to approve the Annual Financial Statements
	as at 31 December 2023 (single call)
May 14, 2024	Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Interim
	Management Report as at 31 March 2024
August 2, 2024	Meeting of the Board of Directors for approval of the Interim
	Financial Statements and the Interim Management Report relating
	to the 1st Half of 2024
November 14, 2024	Meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Interim
	Management Report as at 30 September 2024
